2. Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The amount will be agreed upon in advance.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or as per the agreed schedule.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information and necessary materials on time.

• Any delays caused by the client may result in extended deadlines or additional costs.

4. Revisions & Approvals

• We offer a set number of revisions per project, as outlined in the service agreement.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be subject to extra charges.

• Once a project is approved, any further changes will be treated as a new request.

5. Intellectual Property

• Pixel and Pulse retains ownership of design concepts until full payment is received.

• Once payment is completed, the client receives full rights to the final approved work.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Cancellation Policy

• If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced accordingly.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services.

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our work will be free from errors or omissions.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before final use.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information without consent.

• All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party tools or software to deliver our services.

• We are not liable for any failures or issues caused by third-party services.
